I ́ve always been passionate about nature, I love to explore new places and to try to figure out how everything works on our planet. I feel it is only when I ́m in the wild that I can truly experience real peace. Now, I ́m really lucky that my job puts me right in the middle of what I love and that it also gives me a platform where I can teach and educate people from all over the world on how to appreciate and take care of this wonderful places.

Every time that we visit the Maya community of Campamento Hidalgo we are helping to keep all their traditions alive and to share the old wisdom that these families have, making us understand that most of the time we are focusing all of our energy and time in things that probably aren’t as important as we think. I love to see our clients’ faces every time that we visit Guzman’s family because it is such a big shock of reality and contrast that open the eyes of anyone that is exposed to it.

On the other hand, every time that we get on board of one of the boats of the fishermen community in Sian Kaan we are making a positive change, not only to the economical situation of their families, but we are teaching them that they can make a living by taking care of this protected areas instead of overfishing them.

I ́m extremely proud of my job and at the same time, I ́m very thankful of all the opportunities that Bushman has given me to become a better person and a better professional. I surely have the best job in the world.
